Ripple is a team of tutors brought together by a shared belief that great tutoring should feel personal.

With backgrounds spanning Speech Pathology, Psychology and Cybersecurity, our tutors bring different strengths in communication, learning and problem-solving. Every student is thoughtfully matched with a tutor based on their learning needs, personality and location.

No two students learn the same way, and we don’t believe their tutoring should look the same either.
Our Mission
To build confident, capable learners.
Learning should feel personal. Every student comes to us with different strengths, challenges and ways of thinking. We tailor our teaching to the student in front of us, rather than expecting them to fit into a single approach.

Confidence comes before progress. We want students to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and trying again. Whether we're strengthening foundations or extending a student beyond the classroom, our goal is to help them understand why, not simply memorise how.

Ultimately, we want students to need us less. Great tutoring should develop independent learners who have the skills and confidence to approach challenges on their own.
